I watched this attorney intentionally aid and abed a client in concealing the true worth of an estate and file this in a Washington court so as to falsify information so the court would not have further interest in the estate to aid his client in bypassing the legal probate the estate should have gone through. He filed in court that the deceased was worth 100,000 in real property (the magic number to keep there from being further court interference) when the deceased had 2 properties and over 1 million in the bank - and yet Nelson claims to be a Real Estate attorney - but yet he does not claim the real property - not to mention the vehicles, sportscar and other property this deceased person had? Ask yourself if this sounds like an attorney following the letter of the law? Make your own judgement.
