I lived hear for almost 4 years. I liked living here a lot until owner was looking to sell Then sharp property managed it until property was sold horrible experience. New owner fixed the landscape and repaved the parking lot. But doesn't want to fix major problems with the inside the apartment due to no money. They raised the rent twice in 1 year! People with dogs do not pickup after there pets. Management saids they charge $50 if maintenance has to pickup poop. The kids at this complex are unsupervised from 3:30-5:55 they dig in the recycle cans and throw it around and now you have garbage flying around. Then you have people move out and leave there bed bug mattress and do not dispose off it properly. I do not recommend this apartment complex even if the rent is cheap..
