came in for brakes and they were honest and took me out into the shop and showed me my rotors and explained what the issue was. They were very friendly and will definitely be coming back there!!

had the service engine light on and gloom it to them and was told I need a catalytic converter when I trurly needed a new tensioner pulley. They were rude and didn't really seem interested in letting me know what they were doing when they started to look for the part they told me I needed, because of them telling me I needed a new catalytic converter the pulley fell off while I was driving

Have had several occasions to use their services. On at least one occasion I found Midas to be acceptable in both service and professionalism. The rest of my stops, I found a lack luster crew. Probably due to the high rate of personnel turn over. Will never use this Midas shop agan.

First and last time going to this midas. Rude sarcastic customer service. Threatened to lock up my car if I didn't show up an hour earlier that they are supposed to close because they want to try to close early today. Did not feel like my business was valued and even on my worst says I do not treat people like I was treated.
