I had the works! Full extraction, 10 implants and walked out the same day with my temporary set. Dr Sam Wise and the entire staff at Lower Columbia Oral Health are professionals at the very top of their field. Five stars hardly seems appropriate for the exceptional restoration work they performed for me. Prof. Wise indeed!

Had a wonderful experience getting my mom's full mouth implant by Dr. Sam Wise and his team. They made everything very comfortable, very affordable, and pain free. Highly, highly recommend!! Dr. Wise is very exceptional and friendly.

The first impression I got when I met Dr. Sam Wise two months ago was that he was too proud of himself. He believed he was the only professional dentist in the area. After being his patient for a little while however, I found out that he had the right to act as such.
I had pain in my shoulders and lower back for years in addition to chronic migraine that made my life miserable. I saw Dr. Wise for a toothache, and in few minutes, he told me it wasn't coming from the tooth. That scared me because the previous dentist scheduled to pull this tooth out and replace it with implant. Dr. Wise, however, said it was coming from what he called "Myofascial pain with referral". He said he could treat me in minutes, and he was sure my migraine, shoulder pain, and toothache would disappear instantly. Although, he didn't rush me to make a decision and asked me to go home and google it myself. I have been to many dentists and neurologists in the area and in my home town in Texas, and I believe that none of them would've gotten to the bottom of it without costing thousands. He also gave me a price that was a fraction of the others. Dr. Wise was very confident that I didn't have a migraine and all the medications I was taking, which were prescribed by my doctor and neurologist for a migraine, were absolutely pointless!
I went with my guts to trust him and approved to start his treatment. He gave me shots in the back of my neck. The moment I got that shot, I felt it going down my jaw and all my pain just vanished. I cried on the chair thanking him for giving me a new pain free life.
Now, I'm willing to proceed in the treatment using the "Wise appliance". It's something that he told me he had a patent on that was used to treat migraine and muscle pain.
I already cut down on most of my prescribed medication from before. He promised me after using his patent, I would be able to stop all of them. He changed my life, and I will trust him till the end of time because of that.

Prof. Wise is a magician. He pulled four wisdoms to my cousin in one move. She didn't even feel the shot. She did not swell and she didn't use even Tylenol. My dentist took one hour and twenty minutes pulling one wisdom tooth breaking it part by part using chisel and mallet. I still have jaw pain since then. My face was like a balloon and he gave me tons of narcotics.
I highly recommend Dr. Wise.

The laser technology is so fascinating. Dr. Wise did four deep cavities without a shot using the Laser only. It took him five minutes to clean the cavities with Laser and half an hour to mach the shades and do the perfect fillings that looks exactly like my teeth. I cannot tell where the fillings are. Dr. Wise is such a perfectionist. He's handsome and adorable too. I couldn't believe the laser was so painless and comfortable. He told me he bought that laser machine for $150K. It's is definitely worth it. They didn't charge my insurance any more than the normal fillings!!

I have a very good experience. The staff was welcoming and the cleanliness was remarkable. Dr. Wise was very friendly and broadminded. I strongly recommend him.

Dr. Sam Wise does great work. I needed veneers on my front teeth. He said I could get 8 on the top, so they all match or just do the 4 fronts that could be a challenge to match the shade. He recommended just getting the 4 in the front done. So he recommended the cheaper option. Surprisingly! He did the work in one visit and it came out supper great! Very Happy! He has before and after shots to prove his work also.
Two other dentists recommended full mouth crowns for more than ten times what Dr. Wise charged me. Strongly recommended. He's the best and the most honest.

Dr. Haghighi did one implant to replace my front tooth five years ago. I still remember the excruciating pain i went through for two months nonstop. He had to remove the implant and replace bone graft and I had to go through the same pain again.
My sister, however, did three implants at once with Dr. Wise and she had no pain whatsoever. She went to work the second day as if nothing had happened. Not only that, my implant done by Dr. Haghighi is ugly and bothersome. I have to floss every hour and the gum keeps bleeding. My sister told me that Dr. Wise told her that he used Swiss made implants, which were top of the line. I guess mine were the worst. However, his assistant said that the Swiss implants that Dr. Wise used cost him four times more than the implants used by Dr. H, and it came at no extra cost on my sister.
I'm waiting for my sister to get crowns over her implants to see how they would look like.

I had the best experience I've ever had with any dental or oral specialists with Dr. Wise and his staff. My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed. It took him a couple of minutes. She didn't even noticed when he gave her the injection. The care and attention we received was second to none. After the procedure, they were extremely detailed on the do's and dont's and provided me Rx well before the surgery. They were available whenever I needed them. She even called him at his cell phone at midnight and her answered all her questions . I remember I took my son to a general dentist who was struggling to pull the teeth that took him more than two hours and the swelling and pain were unbearable for almost one month. With Dr. Wise, she felt nothing and she went to school the very next day with little to no swelling. I highly recommend them!
