I've gone to Kaiser off and on for the past 15 years. The only reason for the "off" is due to nsurance changes. I've always been very happy with the level of care received by myself & family members.

However, having recently returned because my employer (finally) switched providers for us, I now receive both dental & medical care with Kaiser. I am beyond satisfied! Every department I go to seems to be staffed with only pleasant, informative ; helpful people. If this is a "face" demanded by bosses, then everyone deserves an Osar. I have unshakable trust & belief in them, and i've asked some pretty tough questions. I advocate for myself & won't blindly accept whatever is told to me. It is easy to understand why their Medical Facilities are Rated 5 stars and why theirs is the only 5 star hospital in the NW.
