I order a Premium bouquet of 9 roses - The Teleflora "Thoughts of You Bouquet". They delivered a Standard bouquet with 3 roses. I called Teleflora to report the mistake and Teleflora sent Jansen the "recipe" for the bouquet of 9 roses, etc. (not 3) in a "Premium" bouquet. Jansen delivered 6 roses in a skimpy bouquet. I called Teleflora and Jansen told them 6 was correct. When I refused to accept that answer Jansen said they can't deliver again because they're busy but offered to pick up the roses and give me a 50% refund! So they have time to go pick up the 6 roses and give them to someone else but they won't deliver the 9 rose bouquet I paid for! Horrible service. Flat. Out. Horrible. I got a 100% refund and will be sure to never use Jansen because of their poor integrity.

EPIC FAIL !!!!!NEVER ORDER FROM Jansen flowers and gifts in Longview !!!!!My sister went to great lengths to order an "Over The Hill" flower cake for my 50th Birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered before noon as I had an event i had to go to . It was 45 minutes late, when it was handed to me the bottom of the box was soggy wet. I took it inside and opened it , it SMELLED awful of paint !. the flowers looked all beat up . I carefully tore the box from around it as the box was so soggy . there were quite a few flowers missing and petals falling off a lot of the daisies . the decorative material at the bottom had been spray painted black and the 'button accent flowers as well " . IT LOOKS AWFUL ! AND SMELLED SO BAD IT WENT OUTSIDE IMMEDIATELY ! . The Manager was belligerent to me on the phone ! totally passing blame , even going as far as blaming my sister for choosing an awful arrangement !
