The employees are super friendly and very helpful. They are always informing me of the specials that come out which is grat seevice never had any problem at this location I just love the luxor tanning bed and they have convenient hours of operation. I give it 5 stars

The girls who work at the front counter are nice and usually helpful, but I would not recommend purchasing lotions from this store.



I am very fair and haven't been tanning in a while, so I bought my lotion on the day I signed up for a month long membership and decided to wait to use it until I had built a bit of a base tan.



That was 11 days ago and I finally have enough of a tan built up to use the product. I decided to put the lotion on (Beachin' by Australian Gold) at home and when I squeezed on the tube, the crimped top of it burst open. I took the tube back (seeing as I paid over $30 for it) and asked if I could swap it out. The woman working the front counter called her manager/store owner and they said that they will only exchange products within a week and suggested that I purchase a travel container to put the lotion in.



I explained that I had only used the product once and the employee commented that there wasn't very much in the tube then (obviously not worth $30 if the tube is only half full to begin with; I guess that is why the packaging isn't clear, so you can't see how much you are actually purchasing).



I was really disappointed in the amount the product costs, how little product was in the tube when you got to actually see inside and the lack of the store backing their merchandise.



I suggest walking across the Triangle Center to Ulta where they also sell Australian Gold products, but for less than $10. Ulta also has a much better guarantee for the products they sell.



Overall, the beds are nice, but their service is not stellar for the price you pay.
