Took my wife to get a hair piece. We were in the shop over three hours. She tried on several pieces and they matched her hair perfectly. Owner choose the color my wife choose the style. We discussed if the color was not an exact match my wife could have her hair dresser color it, she said absolutely. Went in to pick it up three weeks later and it was no where near the color of her hair and it was not human hair as we had discussed. Owner gave my wife a magazine type book to "pick out her color" then waited on other customers. After being disappointed and spending a couple of hours my wife was so upset she finally said let's go, I do not want synthetic and I do not have a clue how to choose a color. My wife initially said to the owner we will just come back another time then she turned around and asked for a refund, not possible so she ended up with a $60.00 (the amount I paid as a deposit) synthetic hair piece she does not like and we wasted 6 hours of our lives we can never get back...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
