Dr Shen's staff are rude and unhelpful...they will not let you choose who you want to see they think they are God in that office..the insurance lady has no compassion...it is her way or no way...was a patient of Dr. Shen for 30 years and all I wanted to do was make an appointment with Ladonna and she would not let me choose who I wanted to see...

I have been a patient with Dr Shen for many years and I am very pleased with the health care I receive from him. He listens to me carefully and we arrive at a plan together
that I feel like I can follow. I have been very pleased with Dr Shen over the years.
His office staff could stand improvement and wait time could be tighten but when you are in the exam room there is no rush and his time is yours. Galia Hutchinson
