the most bad that happened to me was to buy a frame for my lenses that there had sold me. The lady's change the clean and I brought them when I put them on I realized it was not right that the lens was wrong him again bring Mrs. try to accommodate the force and broke. Do not try to apologize or anything just said I needed another exam and other lenses that when he wanted the appointment. Really, that evil will not offer to replace them since she broke. No I come back

I wish I'd found these reviews before my appt. This "business" is a joke. "Affordable"? my *ss. Contacts for me & my teen cost over TWICE as much as I normally pay. They ordered the wrong contacts and I'm still waiting for the right ones to come in. This "doctor" has been charged with Medicaid fraud on multiple occasions according to the BBB. The other reviews are right on - DOZENS of nasty signs posted all over the office. Grumpy & greedy, these two need to retire already. Your manners and your business SUCK.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! HORRIBLE! The most unprofessional office. What greets you when you pull up are tons of security cameras- and signage reflecting the fact they don't want you to even possess a cell phone on property. Once you get into office, there are more signs making you aware that she will not babysit your kids- so keep them under control- also numerous other signs about their fees and returned checks etc... While I was waiting I was surprised to see a binder of printed emails of redneck jokes for available waiting room material. Some were racist and offensive! So we get to our appointment- I was not allowed to be in room while my kid was being examined. When the DR. was through- he came out told me my kids eyes had changed they needed new glasses and he handed me a religious pamphlet. This normally wouldn't offend me except for the fact that this particular office- with it's finger waving signage and hypocritical waiting room reading material... So now to picking out glasses- The available selection was little to none and there were no displays. They were all in cases that had to be gone through sorted by size alone- Not style or your preference. Got very basic metal frame and while they came in quickly, the front desk staff also did the fitting poorly. It's been less than a week since we got the glasses and the lenses are already falling out!!! Needless to say I do not recommend this to my worst enemy! I wish I wasn't in such a hurry when I had to get my kids glasses! I sure am paying for it now! I am going elsewhere for his glasses.

I have gone here in the past so they know that i was Astigmatism. Well, instead of giving the eye exam and contacts for this they give me and exam and contacts that i am not able to wear. When i information her that i am not able to see clearly she informed me that it was the wrong contancts and exam and that i would have to pay the 92.00and the 156.00 for the correct exam and contacts. She would not let me just do the correct one. She was rude,unfriendly and just didnt care, all she wanted was my money, I will never do go back there again. As far as the rating they doneget one
