Horrible customer service from anyone who works there every single time I go in. (3 times) Won't ho back to sell or purchase. Better off going anywhere else.

Don't bother consigning here. I carefully chose only brand name clothing to bring in (Nordstrom shoes worn once, brand new sweater, tags on, etc.After waiting 3 hours for them to go through the clothes, they accepted 12 items and gave me $12.00!For the 3 hours I spent waiting, plus the time it took me to launder, iron, and carefully fold as they request, it's simply not worth it.From now on I'll take my kids outgrown clothing to the OUR Center where it will be given to kids in need.
