White Dragon (Pai Lum) Kung Fu has significantly changed my life since I started training 2 years ago. I have developed confidence, speed, and flexibility in ways I never knew I could. White Dragon is a traditional martial art that is graceful, effective, practical and also has a traceable lineage. My first teacher was Sifu Zimmerman, who now runs the Longmont school. Sifu Zimmerman is an extremely talented teacher and practitioner who drives his students to success with a balance or discipline, respect and patience. If you're interested in learning martial arts, you won't be disappointed with Sifu Zimmerman and the White Dragon Colorado organization.

This places is awesome! Since I have been attending classes at Great Way I have not only become physically fit but also mentally fit. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their life!

This is one of the only martial arts schools that is truly teaching traditional Chinese martial arts, with strong emphasis on body, mind, and spirit. Sifu Keller is an amazing individual and teacher, devoted to his students and to the art that he is teaching. As a parent, and as an adult, this school is offering an amazing learning experience that develops anyone on multiple levels! The school is also teaching other arts (e.g. Tai Chi, Meditation).

The exterior is not pristine and that can make some people hesitate (I know it made me), but don't get stuck on that. I went inside and was immediately hooked.



The thing about the building is that it doesn't scream "I make lots of money off of my students!" Why is this? BEcause it doesn't. The Sifus care about the integrity of the style they teach as well as their students. Other places are much too greedy to care about people like this.



This style is unlike anything else I had looked into. This Kung Fu is traditional and refuses to commercialize or dumb down its art. The physical training is applicable and so is the (very important) mind and spirit aspect.



The three sifu are amazing martial artists, incredibly intelligent, and fun to train with (as long as you are respectful. Trust me, an angry sifu is a scary sifu).



They offer classes that are separated by age (students are ages 4 and up) and ability,and offer private and group classes.



Not only am I learning martial arts here, I lam learning myself and feeling more outgoing than ever. There is NO way I would ever dream of leaving such a remarkable place as this. With all of the watered down styles, I dare say I got lucky with this martial art find.

White Dragon was the best thing that ever happened to me. When I had to move the hardest choice I made was leaving them. The Owner/manager is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I can't wait to be able to move back into the area, once my service time with the military is over.
