Stone Ridge has a wide selection, helpful staff, know when to let people just browse, are not condescending [like at another place..], are open when real people need a shop to be open, and, on top of that, replaced an item without making me feel like I was a horrible person. Prices are close to what you can find in catalogs, and these folks actually all ride their horses. I've seen them!
