The staff at brothers are so helpful & friendly- and the car service is impeccable!

My car got hit twice-once while parked and another time by an MTA bus. Both times my car received a substantial amount of damage and both times the my car came out of the shop looking like it was never touched!! They do fantastic work here. I even got a lift by the owner himself to the nearest Enterprise so I could pick up car rental. I would not go anywhere else with my car. Highly recommended!!

This company is the worst, they will charge you an arm and a leg for an extensive job. Just to have a progressively worse problem in the future.They are straight crooks

Excellent service!!! I came in as a naive female with absolutely no idea what was wrong with my car or how to go about fixing it. The mechanics here explained the pricing and issues to my father over the phone (to ease both our worries), and even cleaned my lights free of charge as they were dim from mold growing on the inside. Highly recommended service!

If you are driving a luxury vehicle, do not go anywhere else for service or body work! I had a 325xi and my oil light turned on so I took it (right away)to be serviced at some car wash/ service center on Flatbush Ave. BIG MISTAKE!! I drove the car for 1 day and it started making some serious "clicking noises". My good friend, who raves about Brothers Repair Shop and has been using them for years, insisted i bring my car to them. She is single, knows nothing about cars and has a Mercedes. She lives close by their shop and uses them for ALLL of her car needs. So happy that I listened to her and brought my car to Brothers! When i first got their I was very impressed by their operation. They were very busy with a lot of really fancy cars in the shop. For some reason this made me feel like i was in the right place :)

Apparently, the careless worker at the car wash over flowed the oil and there was spillage all over which leaked into my transmission and burned it out. Someone who is not familiar and experienced with the BMW design,will not know that they need to be extra careful about spillage or it can create serious problems. i live in Brooklyn and there are plenty of mechanic, service stations and auto body options very close to me, but I refuse to bring my car anywhere else. ever again! Long Island City is not right around the corner but like i said, I wont even entertain going to another shop. I know nothing about cars and before i found Brothers, i always felt like a target and a bit taken advantage of. Because i am a young female and do not know cars well, i feel people would always try to "up sell me" and tell me i need a filter, i need this, i need that and i never felt like it was true. But hey, what do i know so i usually went ahead and spent the money. I know nothing about cars, what they need and when they need it. All i know is i NEED my car running well so i can go to work and take the kids to school etc.. The guys at Brothers make me feel extremely taken care of every time i visit them. They are honest, friendly and very thorough. They take the time and go out of their way to tell me exactly when i need something and when its not necessary. AND to top it off, they are fair and affordable and always take care of something you did not expect them to do. In fact, i should have written a 5 star review a long time ago! Especially for other women out there who do not know anything about cars but need a honest and reliable place to take their car!!

I had gotten into a front end collision with my 2012 Audi A6 back in October. My car was loaded with options, LED Headlights, Night Vision and Speed Sensors all over the car and I was nervous if a Body shop could get it back to the way it was without having any issues.

I drove into Brothers and was met by this guy Pavlo (I think he was the owner) and he walked me through the entire job. He was very thorough and made me feel quite comfortable. Needless to say the car came out exquisite with all factory parts installed and all factory settings back. I could not have gotten it done better anywhere and it was done is less time frame than he quoted me.

Thank you Mr. Pavlo for making my car brand new again. And thank you for removing all my scratches that was on the car that you removed for NO charge. You truly are a class act and a gentleman. I will recommend you to my peers if they ever need a repair or body shop.

Rip-off artists !!!

Never ever, ever ever, under ANY condition come to this place.

Unfortunately it's on AAA approved list but it's the scam of the worst kind - the one that looks legitimate.
