My family and I were passing through to NJ from our home in MA late Saturday afternoon. Upon departing after a lunch stop, we heard horrendous sounds coming from our car. We were conveniently parked near West End and even though they were about to close, Bobby so pleasantly took a spin in our car and informed us that the brakes were the culprit. Although he wasn't be able to do the work until Monday, he stayed open long enough to try to find us a rental car or a hotel room. We ultimately too an Uber to our destination and returned on Monday to a car that was completed when promised at a price that was promised. We returned home safely. I can't say enough about Bobby's professionalism and kindness when we were unpleasantly surprised by car troubles away from home. I highly recommend patronizing this business.
