Poor Service

The customer service at this store is just plain inconsiderate. I was in this store on March 14, 2009, to try and purchase a battery for my cell phone. I went to the customer service desk, and there was absolutely no one in line, yet the person at the counter would not wait on me, just to answer if they had a battery or not. He informed me that I had to go sign in, I did that and waited 20 minutes to never have my name called; of course at this time he is no longer behind the counter, went to lunch or something.



Evidently the recession is not hurting Verizon any, if this is the way you treat and handle customers.



My two year contract is up in August of this year, and if I were to stay with Verizon, I would never go to this store again for sure. Right now I have my doubts about staying, if this is what your customer service is all about.
