Me: Executive with excellent health care. Took a bike fall - back/shoulder in great pain.



Visit: Front office people completely uninterested and disengaged. Filled out page after page of financial promises (they had my healthcare info).



I have a $25 co-pay. They would not accept my corporate check or any check. I had cash and several credit cards but left anyway. I refuse to enter a relationship where the other part doesn't trust me.

I was in need of immediate care the other day,I waited way too long to be seen for a UTI, Dr. Roy was not only professional,caring and quick but also very informative. I will be going here from now on. Excellent service and care!!!!!!!

I had a pretty bad cold and wasn't sure if I had the flu also. I came across Urgent Care Plus in downtown Long Beach. This is a really nice facility. Very clean. I don't have insurance but I needed to see someone right away. I didn't have to wait, the Physician was very nice and professional as well as the staff. The Doc did a flu test on me and gave me a prescription. I would definitely go back again.

I had an ingrown toenail that I let go for way too long. I literally could not stand it anymore, no pun intended. However, I came across Urgent Care Plus in downtown Long Beach in the YP. I needed to get this thing taken care of quick! Urgent Care took me in right away and got the ingrown nail out with hardly any pain at all. I thought it was going to hurt a lot, but it didn't. I was really impressed with how nice and clean this office is. The staff and the Physician were very professional and nice. I would definitely go back again. By the way, this is a beautiful office.

I needed immediate attention on an ear infection before the Christmas Holidays. I wasn't able to get an appointment soon enough with my regular Doc. I came across Urgent Care Plus in the YP for find a business. So glad I did. I was able to get in right away without an appointment. The staff was very helpful and nice. The Doctor was great! She took good care of me, gave me my prescription and I was on my way. This is a very Professional and clean facility. I highly recommend it.
