I am very satisfied with the services the speech therapist has provided for my son. On the other hand the staff that is in charge of booking the appointments is very unprofessional and rude, we were double booked an appointment and when we showed up for it they turned us away. There was never an apology for their mistake an we were made to feel like it was our fault. Would not recommend to my friends for that sole purpose. I know as humans we make mistakes but it’s not the first time I see them turn away people for a mistake they have made.
