do not waste your time here. they will offer you $7,000 less than your vehicle is worth. In IN 09 offered me $23,000 for an 07 Ram 3500 diesel quad cab that i sold for $30,000. Last week offered me $7,000 for a 09 Cobalt w/23,000 miles on it. Carmax is selling same vehicle for $14,00+. Both vehicles had clean, clear titles and carfaxes. I will sell the Cobalt for an easy $13,500. Ck what your wehicle is worth on NADA, Edmunds, KKB and then go and let Carmax of Burbank insult you. Don B in Burbank, CA.

I bought my first Hyundai here and i am more than satisfied with their services and professionalism. I have been droping in and out of many dealers prior to this one and none made me feel as confortable and assured as this place. I'd definately choose this place again for my wife's car.

People are super nice, but my requirements were not a consideration in the deal. Took me 2 days to figure out the radio, and if you hit the master knob in the center console, you have to take your eyes and concentration off the road to fix it. I have no working dome light that comes on when you open a door, which is very scary at night when you're getting into a dark vehicle. I wanted a smooth, floaty ride and what I got was a tight, rough sports car-like ride. I'm sure the people at the dealership would take whatever time it takes to help me learn all the bells and whistles, but I don't want to know since I'm so upset and disappointed about about the whole experience. Can't wait to get rid of it...husband says I have to keep it for 2 YEARS!! m i s e r y The two stars are for how sweet everyone was at the dealership-lord knows they are grateful for a car sale in this economy!
