I have a 2009 SL550 which needed a new LCD screen as it was very scratched and stained. Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable on handling this issue. He was able to remove the unit from the dash, replace the glass, and re-install it perfectly. It did not take long and his knowledge in this area is apparent. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who looking to repair or replace their car audio. Thanks tons Chris!

These people are very rude and disrespectful people the owner is an absolute disgrace. Sent in my odometer to get repaired came back broken and worse than before and will not take blame for his actions and instead has gone and blocked me on eBay for leaving him and negative feedback. So just so you know if you disagree with his work and complain about it he will ignore you and blocked you and that's that.

He says we mailed an unrepairable part. The thing is you fixed the problem with the LED lights. So you did fix the problem. What you did was crack my lens and shifted over the cover for the ABS light,high beams, and brake light. So don't talk out your "you know what" to justify why i left this review. You never explained anything to me first of all. We never called you or emailed you, only sent 1 message on eBay and you blocked me for telling you that you cracked my lens and shifted over the cover. And your response was do it myself. After I paid you money to do a repair you want me to do work on it as well.

this guy knows what he's doing. he fixed the dash pixels for my e430 and my e55. beautiful work and what makes me more content with his services is that his prices are very reasonable. my regular mercedes mechanic quoted $300.00 to fix the pixels talking about he gotta do this to the ECU and etc, when German Tech Audio did it for less than half that. this guy deserves his success, thank you!! dont know what the negative reviewers are talking about, as my experience was great

Great Experience!! Was able to have my 2002 Mercedes G500 instrument cluster fixed back to new. It did not take long at all. Customer support was good, good communication. Very nice to deal with! Would recommend

Worst customer service ever. Sent item in for repair and 13 days after they completed a perfect repair the item has still not shipped back to me.

No messages sent to website were answered.
No phone call messages were returned.
Only 40% of emails received were through Auction site were answered. And the responses were totally useless.

Buyer beware and stay well away.

Great experience! Had a problem with my 2007 LEXUS is250 navigation where the touch screen stopped functioning. Stopped by and had it repaired in under 1 hour and it works beautifully! I highly recommend them. They saved me thousands of dollars not buying a new unit from LEXUS. Thanks German Audio Tech!! A++
