It's a b..ch to get a hold of Sam on the phone. They should use a phone service. They did a good job replacing my cooling fan as my request, of course I pre-ordered it prior to taking my laptop in for replacement. Had to keep calling them to check status on arrival. After it finally came in then I took my laptop in & waited while they replaced it. He should have offered to clean/dust everything for an additional cost while he has it open anyway. Mistake I made was forgetting to ask him to do that while he has it open/ taken apart. I don't think he clean/dusted it. There connected to 843 E. Anaheim St.

I waited only 20 minute for my iPad 2 repair LCD and the price way cheaper from others store. And very friendly ....

This is a family business. The owners are very kind and personable. He fixed my iPhone screen in less than 15 minutes. They are terrific!
