Good service with good greetings, very family oriented, good with communications,in profession, and yes I would recommend others to this establishment for eating.

We use to come here a lot but it's been a while we went in party of 5. the table was directly below air vent we ask to be move as it was freezing we were told no! even though there were lots if open tables. The service was extremely slow we ordered and the food came it was tasty but got cold immediately because of the a/c vent we ended up having to get to go boxes as the food was COLD!!very disappointing not sure we will be going back or recommending. The waiters (all men) had little to no personality

This is the best chinese food I've tasted in a loooong time! Great! Large portions are perfect for a big party!...The place could be nicer...aesthetically speaking...but it's DEEEEELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

truly classic mandarin chinese fare. great taste. finest quality and amazing quantity for the price. free fast delivery. adjustable spicy so no surprises. lemon chicken, beef in garlic sauce and bbq beef skewers are our favorites but there is a wide menu to choose yours.

Chen's is an amazing restaurant and one of the best reasons to eat out in Long Beach. It's not a "modern" style restaurant. It's old fashioned in a 50s kind of way. Lots of semi-tacky red decorations. The food is amazing and extremely cheap for what you get. I hope it always stays the same and there is no pressure to "modernize."

They also have delivery service which is great!
