Thanks for the repair on my cooktop, the experience was a good one, tenant occupied condo had a cooktop issue and company came out to resolve the issue, happy to say they repaired under 30 minutes

Washer repair on a 1998 Maytag Atlantis, reffered by coworker and she was spot on. Came on time, upfront on pricing and quick service

We were so lucky to be referred to Appliance Guard by a neighbor after having a bad experience with another appliance repair company. Matt came out and determined that we had ordered the wrong part for our Kenmore washer, he then went online with us to show us what part was actually defective, he called Sears Online Parts, made the order, came back for a 2nd visit to install the requiredt part and charged only for the initial visit. Matt was friendly, courteous and prompt for both visits. We will certainly recommend this company to others and will call only them for future problems!

Spent 2 hours at house replacing the refrigeration compressor. Several other companies deemed the fridge un-fixable but this company went above and beyond to get the job done . Gracias!!! we love this company they take care of all our stuff! we been calling them for years and they know whazzzz up with appliances, i tried to take that little plastic thingy off the washer door but i almost broke it off haha and then had to call them to come out and just take 5 minutes to put it back and he didnt even charge me that much!

Long Beach!!! This appliance company has been a great find for our local community charter! We currently have over 10 different appliances at the center and since so many people use the fridge the dishwasher and other appliances, they seem like they are always on the Fritz, that's why appliance guard in on speedial now lolz...I've had jimmy and mark out before on a few bigger projects and boris has serviced our fridge regularly for years, can't say enough good things about them

Excellent all around service for Appliance Guard of Long beach! I was looking for a reputable appliance repair company in long beach California when I stumbled across this companys webpage. After conducting a search for a few hours all I was getting was faceless nameless companies. When I called appliance guard, i was greeted by a friendly dispatch by the name of Jonas, he was well spoken and friendly. We made an appt for the following day and Jonas re-assured me that a tech would notify me 30 min before stopping by - I thought that was a nice tough because sitting at home for hours waiting for a tech is no bueno! Matt came out and inspected a few of our appliances on the following day and gave us reasonable estimates to repair the washer the dryer and the dishwasher. This has been a gem of a find for us because we own two more properties in Long beach and Appliance guard is now the go to provider

Amazing service, they were so helpful and fixed my dishwasher ASAP! Definitely would call them again! I called them in the morning and they were at my place within an hour. They fixed my dishwasher and I haven't had problems since! I would definitely recommend them.

We had a leaking icemaker in our 25 year old Sub-Zero. AG came out within about an hour of calling for service, replaced the valve and icemaker and no more leak.

Matt and assistant were sent out on 1.7.2018 to inspect a stackable washer and dryer unit, i called several other no-name places in long beach and they all said they dont touch stacked unit unless i unstack them myself and then they come out...whats the point of that kind of service if i have to do half the job, decided to not use the random no name call centers and instead got recommended to call out appliance guard for service instead, making an appointment was a breeze with the live person over the phone, might i add they speak very good english :P and asked all the necessary questions to save us time. The tech matt was friendly and knowledegable..when i asked about what brands people are buying today, he was blunt and said they are all very similar in reliability and design but to do a lot of research before i plan to puchase anything becaise its more today then ever to be a smart consumer, the fact that matt was so candid and open about that shows the level of service they offer. Our washer is still running like a champ after their visit

Washer and oven service at a tenant occupied property in long beach was performed 2 weeks ago, tenants havent called me since this outfit came out to install new shocks on a aging whirlpool and rollers on a fairly new samsung dryer,overall the service was efficient and not overly costly - would refer to others

Unbelievable experience....we had Boris come out to work on a aging sub zero refrigerator (we had 2 separate companies out here last few months working on this thing and un-able to repair) Boris came on the same day we called in for service and fixed the fridge right there and then! how do you ask??? because he thoroughly spent time diagnosing the issue, the temperature was all over the place and it was because of a faulty control, he had one on the van and swapped it out right there and then. Still in awe at the quick turnaround time by Appliance Guard and Boris

WOW! I am so excited to have found my appliance company to use in the future, Appliance Guard went out of their way this past weekend to salvage 2 of our old aging coin operated washers. The machines are speedqueen and lots of companies i called said they did not service these units, AG to the rescue! they managed to fix it in 2 visits! first time to come out and inspect the appliance and the 2nd time to replace the parts needed (water valve), i thought the service was professional and so so timel

Excellent service top to bottom, they managed to repair my ice maker and freezer all on the same visit!

I have to take 1 star off because they came 1 hour late from the window we had scheduled, other then that they were a pleasure to deal with - the technician giorgio was friendly and fixed the oven in under an hour. On his way out he testeda the machina a few times to make sure that it was working correctly, i really appreciateda that from him! overall they are good company to work with, my family is happy

Cooktop repair performed in under 1 hour, george was great to work with from the time he came by to diagnose and then come back and finish the repair. Even though it took longer then expected, they kept calling me with updates on the part and bout 4 days after first visit they got the part for my old viking cooktop, great appliance repair in long beach

I called in last week on labor day in hopes of finding someone to save my fridge, you can call it a emergency situation, with the heat wave hitting long beach at full speed and kids running around anxious, the fridge breaking down was the last straw! when the motor on the maytag died, i started calling around, after getting a few quotes i called appliance guard to come back out because they charged lowed then the rest of the companies i called. The tech was out a few hours after i placed my called, they said they would do their best to squeeze me in and they weren't kidding! tech was out and put in a new fan motor, he left and that same day fridge started cooling again, here it is a week later and I'm happy to report that my fridge is running like a champ and to express how happy i am with the kind of service appliance guard put in to get me situated the right way, I'm a life long customer for sure after this experience

Whooo!! Exceptional service from this gem of a company! co-worker referred me to this outfit after my dryer took a nap :P, Matt stopped by on a sunday! yes on a sunday!! took apart the unit and determined a faulty blower, had the parts on his truck and was in and out in 30 minutes. Love it! keep rocking guys!

They were not able to make it on the same day, but I was still impressed with the service they had provided. My Maytag superba washing machine had an issue with the timer, we thought the machine was going to be a goner, but jimmy managed to track the part down and replace it. Its been a few days now and its still running just fine. I also have frigidaire and kitchen aid appliances, they told me they fix all brands, looks like i found my appliance company!
