Vaccinations are tailored to your cat's individual needs. Internal Medicine - we can provide comprehensive medical work-ups and care for any sick cat. Dr. Ortloff also has a special interest in patients with renal failure, diabetes, or hyperthyroidism. Surgery - soft tissue and orthopedic procedures. Intensive intraoperative monitoring with ECG, blood pressure and blood oxygen level. Critical care services - our intensive care unit offers oxygen support in a temperature-controlled environment for critically ill patients. We also have on-site Type A and B blood donor cats if the need arises. Dentistry - focusing on preventive dentistry. Complete laboratory and radiology - allowing us to provide rapid diagnoses and in-house monitoring of hospitalized patients. Sevoflurane gas anesthesia - considered the anesthesia of choice in human pediatric surgery. This ultra safe gas allows rapid induction of anesthesia with smooth and quick recovery. Comprehensive pain management - we are strong advocates of pain management, and provide numerous options tailored to the patient. Behavior counseling - we can help you understand and modify a wide range of behavior problems unique to cats.
