I was being helped by an asian guy(sorry i didnt get his name). Great costumer service even gave me some tips on how they could get my suit ready for the next day. Another employee came over to take over in helping me and this guy was a complete douche bag. Said he couldnt help me and even laughed at me. I walked right out after that. Would not recommend going to this particular one.

TMW ruined my $400 suit and only offered $100 credit (I paid $95 to have it tailored)Worst customer service ever! TMW ruined my $400 suit and when I brought it back (the second time) they said it could not be fixed, was poor work (laughed about it), and only offered $100 credit when my $400 suit was ruined! The N. Springs manager Aba, the Park Meadows manager Ken, and the regional manager Ibrahim all denied it was the work of any of their stores even though I have receipts and pictures showing the defect from a party 2 days after the alteration took place... SO MUCH FOR STANDING BY YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Will never do business with any Men's Warehouse ever again. Do so at your own risk!!!!
