I'm the groom-to-be in an engagement party that just got ejected for this coming Saturday night by a horrible management decision made by the Clocktower Grill. I also live in one of the nearby apartment complexes and used to come regularly for college football, karaoke and have enjoyed some MEDIOCRE food, drinks and entertainment on many occasions only because it was convenient to where we live. We thought it would be a great place for our engagement party because it was close and intimate and really thought our friends would like it. I am very disappointed and I think the manager made a really poor business decision which will really hurt this business going forward. My friends worked really hard with the management crew for for over a month to schedule our engagement party. We invited hundreds of our friends. And the week of, our friends received a call to tell us that we were no longer welcome to have our party. The issue is that the Broncos made it to the second round of the playoffs and our party was no longer "feasible" for the establishment. Regardless of the Broncos situation, that is a ridiculous reason to cancel a huge party on the week of. I guarantee our party would have made the Clocktower 50% more money than the Broncos game will, and about 95% of the party would have come early to watch the entire game, eat drink all night, etc. Me and my fiance have brought several thousands of dollars worth of business to this restaurant and we will be sure to let all of our friends and neighbors know what a horrible business they are running and do our best to detract people from ever coming there in the future. We will also be posting comments on their facebook wall, on google reviews, and reporting your business to the BBB and on any other review websites we can find. Very disappointing, and I wish it wouldn't have worked out this way.

Love their buyers and sweet potato fries!

I work near the Lignt Rail Station and go to The Clock Tower weekly. Sometimes the service is on the slow side, but the waitstaff is really friendly and the food is great!

We went on our lunch hour and the food took over 25 minutes to come and there was only 4 of us! When it finally did the food was barley warm, we even had food missing from our order. We asked for a manager and he was extremely rude and didn't seem to really care whether we were satisfied or not. He said that he would comp some of the food and I let him know that all we really wanted to do is to let him know our frustration, he then got upset with me and asked what I wanted him to do. I informed him that I really just wanted to let him know and when I asked for a manager I just expected him to care and he began laughing. He argued with us about the amount of time that it took and disregarded that we had food missing. I have been here several times before and had service that left something to be desired and after today, I will never go there again.

I have arranged several happy hours here for work, and the staff have been fantastic. The manager goes out of his way to make sure that they take care of everything. Good food and well-priced drinks. They have a nice lunch special with your choice of two different items and a non-alcoholic drink. Highly recommended! I'm so glad this is near my office!

I was really impressed by the food and atmosphere. Lots of great TV's everywhere you look. My wife and I started with the cheddar fries which were out of this world, and then I had a cheeseburger. It came medium rare just like I ordered it and had a great flavor. My wife opted for the tuna steak salad which she loved. Great food and great service made it a great experience for us. We will go back often.
