Wonderful office. The staff goes above and beyond for their patients. All the providers are caring and compassionate.

It's a good place and really nice people

Melissa Zook and everyone in here office downstairs at the London womens center are amazing. So friendly and Zook will do anything she can to help you with any issue you have.

The check-in/registration employees are VERY rude and unprofessional in building 1. I haven't dealt with anyone in the other buildings yet so I can't speak tho their ability but building 1 is the pits.

Im with you, she is Not, a caring, or thoughtful doc. She treats you as if you are beneath her. But, if you are there for the suboxone clinic, forget it. You must have couseling twice a month, where as every other clinic requires once a month. She will not give you a chance to taper down gradully either. I was there for a total of 4 months. Started iut on 2 a day, by the 3rd month, it was 3 and half. But, i never failed a drug test or been short on my meds. But, heaven for bid, if u go to counseling and the chairperson has another chairperson help them sign your form, wow, thats it, your out of the program! It was not get enough that you went twice that month, and you never failed a test, so to me shes a bottom feeder. But, you will definately see people coming out of there with pain med scripts. I saw lots. I told her about other things that was bothering me, and it was like she never heard me. She stares at you with those cold dark eyes. Just like your stupid. I guess thats why there wasnt many people there for suboxone, shes no good.

This is long over due... Only 1 star for my cousin that works there.

I had been a patient of [doctor] Melissa Zook.

My whole experience with Zook besides the first intitial was negative.

If you are a person that is looking for worthless pills that doesn't help your current health conditons,

If you want a doctor that thinks she knows your body better than you,

Or a doc that won't read your chart or labs,

A doctor that just doesn't care... Then Melissa Zook is your doc.
