My 5-yr-old son has separation anxiety due to my recent divorce. He won’t even let me out of his sight at home. We went for an appointment at this office two weeks ago, and they had a sign on the wall saying no parents could accompany their kids. In spite of that, they let me go back with him because I explained the circumstances. Ms. Brown obviously didn’t like me being in the room and made several comments about it while examining my son.

We went back two weeks later for him to be worked on, waited over an hour in the waiting room, and then were told that I couldn’t accompany him when he went back, after I had assured him that they would let me based on the last visit. He began crying and panicking. The nurse was very rude about it and basically told me he would get over it. I once again explained the circumstances but was denied. I got his file and we left. My children will never go back here.

This is pediatric dentistry. If Ms. Brown doesn’t want to deal with parents, she should change to a general dentistry and only see adults.

My son goes to Dr. Bowling. My son and I really like her, she's nice, friendly staff and extremely efficient at what she does. I would recommend any child to be a patient of Dr. Bowling's.
