Hello, I'm Brian and I have a review to write. I just bought a car from Bill and Henry a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette Premier. When I came to the lot I was skeptical because of my past experiences with buying, selling and getting my car fixed by mechanics. It seemed I always had someone take advantage of me in some way. So I talked to the Henry the sales man and he was a well dressed and well spoken man, He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and along side the mechanic Rudy, they answered all the questions I had and also allowed several test drives. The car I was looking for was a van and I zeroed in on the Oldsmobile because it was nice looking and the bonus was that is has recently undergone a rebuild of the top half of the engine. They informed me the gaskets have been replaced. Not only that but the car was clean, the car fax report was clean, the tires are Pirelli and new. The car also came with an outstanding %100 warrantee covering the whole vehicle. This is too good to be true I thought. I signed away and the car was mine. After a couple days I had some issues with the car stuff that needed to be replaced. THE DEALERSHIP HONORED THE WARRENTEE!!!! NO COST OUT OF POCKET!!! they replaced the Alternator, Battery, Serpentine belt, Brakes, Rotors, Window switch, 02 sensors and even paid to have another mechanic to look it over and fix any other issues!!!! WOWOWOWOWOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Bill really cares for his customers and it shows!!! Henry is an outstanding man who will do what needs to be done to help and Rudy the mechanic is a very friendly person who will get to the root of the problem and fix it. Long story short I can not recommend going to any one else except this dealership. My fears were dashed and I really have gained a trust and respect for Bill and his amazing staff. He has a son also that owns a dealership in the same name in town and he is also someone I would recommend based on my talks with him. I believe the Lord God brought me to this place and showed me that there is people who can be trusted here on earth and I believe I met one of them. Thank you Bill, Henry and Rudy and GOD you have blessed me. ALL I HAVE TOSAY IS BUY HERE FIRST!!!
