I recommend robinsons because they are really good at what they do if thier happens to be a mistake they will do what ever they possibly can to make it better i been going thier for several years and I'm quite satisfied!!

Terrible dry cleaning service. I brought in a comforter to have it dry cleaned for the first time. It was basically new. I was told it would be ready in 3 days. I went to pick it up after 3 days and the attendant could not find it. She found it wet lying on the floor in a corner of their shop. She said that their machine broke down but now it was fixed and that she would have dried later that day. I picked it up two days later. This time it was ready and folded inside a plastic bag. I took it home and when I unfolded, I discovered several stains and smudges on the fabric. I am very disappointed. I wasted my money, my time, and ended up with a stained comforter. I will never go back again.

I'm in the military if you want quick and good quality go to robinson great job

IV been going to robinson for years yeah it was cluttered but they just out grew the building now with the economy. Going down they down size to beat the resession. Now they have time to clean up thing all the mess was from keeping peoples clothes that didn't pick them up for years

I work for a hotel in lompoc and cringe when people drop off laundry to be picked up by robinson's. They are supposed to provide same day service but never come to pick up items the same day and there have been many times it has taken several days for guests to get their laundry back. Their store is extremely dirty and disorganized and they are rude when answering the phone if they answer at all. If you want good customer service and a quick turn around avoid this company at all costs! Only gave 1 star because I could not put zero!!

Do not use this company for anything. They ruined my wedding. They denied the problems we had even when we presented them right to them. They were rude and would not even offer us a discount on there poor service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Public health department. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. The groom and Father of the bride could not even were there tuxes in there wedding.
