Year Round Maintenance was reliable and professional! Steve completed my landscaping services quickly and on budget. I would definitely recommend Year Round Maintenance to anyone in the Lombard, IL area, and I plan on using him for his residential snow plowing services this year.

If I could give negative stars I would. Don't bother. Apparently clearing all the snow is more than they're willing to do...regardless of the contract. I'll shovel, thanks.

Steve Messinger came out to winterize my garden. He was right on time and accomplished everything I needed to a tee. He took care of troublesome bushes, tree-limbs, and my overgrown garden. I was thrilled with the fast, friendly service he offered after being let down year after year by competitors in the area. I will definitely rely on them for any maintenance services I require in the future. Thanks Steve!!

Anticipating my first "northern" winter in 20 years, I looked up "Snow Removal Service" and found Year Round Maintenance.Signed the contract and paid in full, and I'm sure glad I did. Dec. 2013 would have been a real nightmare for me if I hadn't. The guys kept every promise and I especially appreciate Nate's determined efforts to clear my way out of my house and through the snowdrifts! Thanks for the great work, guys.

Steve and Nate did my gutters today and were very efficient and courteous. Had them last year also and will use them next year. Thanks guys!

I contacted Year Round Maintenance today, Friday, 11/15/13 to clean the leaves from my gutters. Steve indicated that he would probably be able to work me in tomorrow, Saturday, if the rain came in later in the day. He called me this afternoon at about 3:00PM and said they had finished up early today and could he come over to clean the gutters. He arrived about 15 minutes later and did the job quickly and efficiently. His price was very fair. I highly recommend him since he definitely went the extra mile to get the job done ahead of the original proposed time.

I found Year Round Maintenance by chance in the phone book and was very pleased. My call was answered promptly and through the brief conversation I knew I found someone that knew what he was talking about. He came out and gave me an estimate for the work, explaining everything that needed to be done. He offered an option if I wanted to take a chance of just re-seeding the lawn but explained why my lawn was probably too far gone for that to be effective. Deciding on the sod, he set up a tentative schedule and confirmed it the night before. The crew worked hard and did a fabulous job. I'm looking forward to having one of the best front lawns in the neighborhood. I would recommend him to anyone needing yard work.

This crew did an outstanding job cleaning and trimming the front of my home. I was lucky he put me on his schedule after working my neighbors house, Which he has done for awhile so I have watched his work for more than a year. Steve's team is top notch and highly recomended for quality.

Steve (owner) is someone you can depend on for return calls, going the extra mile on the work he and his crew perform, whether it is landscape, tree removal, or snow removal. We are glad to have found him and feel this will be a long term relationship.

This guy showed up to our house after I called and told him we wouldn't be home and I didn't need his services. Basically called me a liar and proceeded to YELL at me because I didn't leave him a check. I told him that there wasn't anything I could do since I was at RUSH Memorial hospital with my husband who was getting chemo therapy. I wish I could post photos of the way he left our yard. Terrible!!!

Steve and his helper exceeded my expectations.They were fast, professional, and left the proprety very ,very clean.I would definately call them back with any tree service or maintainence I might have in the future.Lining up some snow removal jobs for him in the winter months.Thank You for your most appreciated hard work.

We requested service from Year Round Maintenance for a tough project in our backyard. The former owner kept an extensive rock garden that was overgrown and needed to be demolished. We did not intend to hire this project out, but after serious consideration we decided it was too big to take on ourselves. Turns out, we had 8 TONS of rock and stone debris that needed to be disposed of! Steve and his team came in, demoed, backfilled and layed sod in one day! Our backyard looks AMAZING and we are thankful we didn't have to do it ourselves! Thanks to Steve and his team for their professional, personable and reliable service. They come highly recommended!

Steve and his employees did a great job for us and were extremely prompt and efficient both in providing us with a quote and completing the work. Specifically, we asked Steve to remove two large fallen tree branches from our property, repair the roof on our shed that caved in and trim some overgrown shrubs. All of the above tasks were taken care of ahead of schedule with good quality and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use Steve and his business again for future work.Thanks, Steve!

Steve and his crew did an awesome job. We had 3 houses done and they all needed a great deal of attention. We just didnt have the time to keep up. Steve listened and completed the jobs to a tee. Year round maintenance was as professional as you can get. This company was the only one that called back, came out, wrote a reasonable quote and did the work exactly as I explained it to them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company.

prompt estimate, had tree & bush trimmed, lawn slit seeded, and edging & rock installed. everything looks great. i highly recommend " year round maintenance" !!!

Never use them. They are a ripoff. They don't put everything in the contract then try to charge you more when they get there. They are rude to customers.

We contacted Year Round for a bed edging, mulch and a small re-seeding project quote. Steve came out on a Sunday to give us an estimate. His estimate for the work was half the price of others I had received. I noticed that Steve's bid only called for 3 yards of mulch where the others called for 5-8 yards. He mentioned his many years of experience so I decided to trust him on the mulch quantity.I gave him the go ahead and I'm glad I did! Steve and his crew arrived exacty on time and got right to work. The results were fantastic. The beds around the house look great! And the edging is perfect. And - when the job was finished Steve's crew made sure everything was cleaned up. Also - Steve was dead on with his mulch quantity. They had less than one wheelbarrow full left over when everything thing was done!I know my neighbor is going to use Year Round for their spring cleanup next year and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his crew. Our yard looks great and we are completely satisfied.
