I could not be more pleased-nor more highly recommend Computer Zone for all of your computer or wireless needs. Abhi truly is one of the most knowledgeable people in his field that I have met and his customer service goes beyond expectations.

Great Place for your computer needs. I was visiting Chicago land this summer and my Laptop Hard drive failed. I took it to Computer Zone, they changed my Hard drive and Upgraded it to Solid State Drive. They also upgraded my Laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10, that made my computer run like new with the latest operating system. Abhi did all this in 24 hours as I had to travel back to Florida. He is very prompt and reasonable.

I recently got Virus on my other laptop and I called him from Florida. He controlled my computer remotely and removed all the viruses. I am really impressed. I would highly recommend Computer Zone to anyone.

Brilliant work on installing & configuring Freenas software on my desktop which saved me lot of money. I am surprised abhi has so much knowlodege on cloud based technology. Also, Computer zone helped me in resolving virus and spyware issue remotely at odd times. I have used other repair shops, I am sticking to this one for timely service and pricing.

I have been going to Computer Zone for at least 3 years, I use Abhi whenever I have computer related issues.This last Tuesday I was having trouble with one of my drives on my PC and needed a repair fast. I brought my PC there at 11AM and by 2PM Abhi had replaced it with a new drive at a very reasonable cost and I was back up running with little delay.Being in business these days means time is so critical-I can't have long delays, or incompetent people wasting my time-This is why I choose Computer Zone and have had excellent results every time.

I received very friendly service from Computer Zone. Estimate upon first visit was very reasonable and exactly what I ended up paying. My laptop screen was cracked but when they fixed it, it looked better than when I first purchased it.

It was a very helpful experience altogether, Abhi took extraordinary effort to help with our computer. We had a nasty virus on my wife's Laptop and Abhi made it up and running like new. We also got our Desktop fixed at Computer Zone after the HDD Crashed. Computer Zone provides best service and very reasonable price compared to the market.

I had issues after my daughter set up a new Surface Pro for me. The Windows software that was pre loaded on the computer would not support a POP3 email account nor would it upload my outlook contacts I had been using for a decade. The Computer Zone had an immediate solution to fix the email issues. While working on the computer, additional problems arose I was not aware of. The computer ran slowly, did not list any of the preloaded software and the anti-virus software was activated. He deduced that the computer was set up improperly. He reset the computer to factory settings. Everything is working properly. I am very pleased with the service at a reasonable cost.

I went in having been told by another tech company that I needed to invest $200 in repairs n my laptop. Abhi figured out that I only needed to run a few scans using programs I already had on my computer. He ran the scans and cleaned everything up and wasn't even going to charge me. I appreciate their expertise, efficiency, and honesty!

Abhi did an excellent job replacing the HDD in my computer, reinstalling Windows and getting the computer running like new. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend for any computer repair needs.

The service was overall was a very positive experience. I found Abhi to be very knowledgeable in system upgrades and technical repair. Most impressive was the one-on-one time he spent with me making sure I understood the new OS from MSFT which I had installed. His prices were especially reasonable and his response time more than satisfactory.

We had a virus on our computer makeing it almost improssible to use the internet. He reset everything to it's original function and it works great. It took about a week and we lost much of what was on the computer but the programs we use regularily were easy to reinstall and Geek squad would have charged alot more to do the exact same thing!

As a business owner I was very glad to have the Computer Zone in my own town. Ahbi was quick to discover the problem of my very old laptop ( which is only used for our business) and after a bit of discussion we came up with the best options I had, and I was up and running very quickly!

This review is for "Computer Zone-Your PC Clinic" located in Downers Grove, Illinois. While on vacation in Europe with my wife, I accidently deleted ALL of the images stored on the SD card in my camera. This amounted to about 250 pictures total so one can imagine how devastated I was. My first thought was to continue taking pictures from that point going forward but decided against it. Fortunately, my wife had her camera and continued to take photos. I decided to not continue using my camera in the hopes that once we returned home, I could somehow recover the deleted photos on the card. Am I glad I followed my instincts. When we got back home from the vacation I went online in search of local data recovery businesses. Luckily, I came across the above business in my search. I called the business number and spoke with Abhi, the owner. I explained to him the accidental deletion that had occurred and asked if he might be able to recover the deleted files. He assured me that he would be able to, and agreed that it was a good thing that I had discontinued use of the camera immediately after I erased the photos. To my amazement, he was able to recover ALL of the erased files within a one day turnaround period. As a result, my wife and I can enjoy ALL of the photos taken while on this once in a lifetime European vacation. I have used Computer Zone twice in the past 18 months and always found the service first class. The shop is local and parking outside is easy. The quality and speed of service are excellent and prices are very reasonable. Abhi, the owner has made physical repairs and software repairs to laptops and both are as good as new. I would recommend Computer Zone to all my friends.

I did a lot of shopping around when it came to fixing my computer, and Computer Zone was by far the most superior. The price (which included file back-up, virus removal, and new software install) was half the price of every other place I looked. From the moment you walk into the store, Abhi (the owner) is very attentive. For someone as technology challenged as me, I did not once feel overwhelmed. Abhi asks the right questions and tries to let you know what problems your device has and also offers a plethora of solutions. The turn around time on getting my computer fixed was less than a day. That is lightning speed considering other places told me at least a week to diagnose the problems with my PC. The fast job was also done with precision and care as well. When you pick up your computer, Abhi also takes the time to go through all the updates with you. He definitely wants you to know what he fixed, what was installed, and offers suggestions on how to keep your computer safe. I was very happy with my experience at Computer Zone. It was obviously worth every penny because I'm able to write this review from a computer that operates like new.

I have been here on two occasions. The first time he fixed my laptop screen. I came back two months later to fix my laptop because it had viruses. He fixed it within two days and even helped me transfer my itunes and microsoft office. The prices are reasonable and he is very friendly.

Loved the professionalism, precision of Abhi (owner Computer Zone). The prices are very reasonable and you can tell that the owner is doing the work for passion and not just for money! Would highly recommend it to anyone who is generally scared when entering into a computer or auto repair shop! You wont be ripped at all! I am so thankful to find them! Guess I found my computer person!

i went here for 2 non-working laptops. and Abhi fixed both perfectly. he is very knowledgeable and the services are affordable especially for a student. i recommend this place for your fixing needs. i will probably be back because i always have computer problems. im glad i found this place.
