Such an amazing company, so thankful I found them. Wanted to make my sister's birthday the most special one she's had so far but had no idea where to start or where to get all the supplies and food and what not.. But this ONE company helped me with everything. Firstly, they are very professional and easy to work with. I had no problems with them at all, and they're all so polite and friendly. The equipment they have was PERFECT for the party and their service was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything better :) Thank you guys so much

What a nightmare we had going before Abbott came along and rescued us!

Less than two weeks before my daughter's wedding, the company she had already hired, booked and PAID in advance called my daughter and told her they were going out of business and having to file bankruptcy and unfortunately they could no longer make their OBLIGATED apoointment for her! How in the world they didn't know this until 2 weeks before they were supposed to host my daughter's big event is beyond unbelievable (but I guess that is for the judge to figure out!)

Anyway, they have their own review (although what's it matter now, right?) so enough about them... let me tell you about how Abbott saved the day!

We called around in a panic...obviously...and no one could help, until we called Abbott. They understood our situation and immediately started working with me and my daughter's MOH to set everything up less than two weeks before the event. Because of them, we were able to still have everything stay as scheduled and everything went off without a single issue!.

The equipment was all beautiful and well maintained. Most items looked brand new, and the sound quality of their sound system was good enough to almost make up for the karaoke. Everything was set up and ready before the caterers arrived. The staff couldn't have been nicer, more professional or better trained.

Considering the circumstances of the situation, Abbott receives an A+++ from us just for being able to rescue my daughter's big day, but even with such short notice, they really were a high class and very professional company.

My wedding plan changed a million times!! They really went with the flow. My now husband and I really enjoy dancing. So a big dance floor was really important to us. Abbott set up this beautiful dance floor with all these cool special effects lights. It was AWESOME!!!!! To anyone considering using Abbott, use with confidence. They are the real deal.

Used Abbot Rental three times now for our annual summer bash. Always received good service. This company really knows what they're doing and they make my life easier. They are the best. Will be calling them again next summer!!

A++++++ service. Used these guys for my parents' wedding anniversary. Had good communication with Bob. They came on Friday and delivered tables, chairs, linen, china, flatware, and some glassware. It all got picked up on Monday. Our event went smooth as silk. Dealing with Abbot was effortless.

This company is awesome. The weather was going to be scorching hot all weekend and we already had the party planned. I called Friday afternoon and was able to get a tent and some big fans delivered that day. The owner Bob was really accommodating and helpful. My party would have been a disaster without the tent and fans since we had senior citizens coming. They came back on Monday, just as promised and took it all away. Great company!!! Thanks to Bob and his crew.

Amazing experience for my brother's wedding! They set up the entire event from table linens to the dance floor! Exceptional service, and quality products are all they use. Moving home in the Fall and I will be using them next Spring for my wedding as well!!!Great service!!!

I decided to go with Abbott for my daughters grad party after looking into several different rental companies. They are reasonably priced in compassion to their competitors. I was very happy with the service and equipment!

My friends and I rented a moon bounce for our fourth of July barbecue. The moon bounce was extremely clean and everyone loved it. Everyone definitely had fun this weekend. All of the employees I talked to were extremely polite and personable. Not only that, but the delivery went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this store.

I recently used Abbott Party Rental for my sister's graduation reception and they were unbelievable! I live in Atlanta and was traveling to Lombard so I needed to do everything by phone. When I arrived before the reception, I was speechless! All equipment (Tables, Chairs, Linens, China, Flatware, etc...) looked brand new and of the highest quality. The Customer service was head and shoulders above other party rentals companies in Illinois. My family and I have dealt with 2 different rentals companies in Illinois in the recent years and Abbott is by far the best! I highly recommend them to anyone having an event in Lombard, Illinois!

We had a end of summer party in our backyard , and rented tents,tables and chairs heater,popcorn machine , Nacho machine , cotton candy machine , margarita machine . We had about 80 people including children . I've lived in my house since 1979 and had several other parties , but I must say it was the best party we ever threw. I was told by several of my guests that it was the best party they ever went to . The workers that came and set up everything for me were terrific , very polite and really down to earth . I will use them for my future parties . Thanks Bob n crew

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I had nothing but problems with this Tony guy! The day I went in a placed an order with him for my wedding, we discussed table sizes and how many tables we wanted and as soon as we totaled it all up, he goes to place the order and says "Oh those tables aren't available" and didn't even care to correct the order. So after all of totaling it up and everything we had to switch to smaller tables and he gave us complete attitude when he had to re-do the order. God for bid he helps his customers! He was more concerned about getting out of work on time!



Second situation. I reviewed the order form a couple days later and noticed the tables werent even on the slip, so when I called he screamed at me stating it was my fault that I didnt check the slip there and that we didnt even discuss tables. Really Tony, WHY WOULD A BRIDE NOT ORDER TABLES BUT ORDER EVERYTHING ELSE. Humm does that make sense to anyone else?



Third situation. I told him three times after we ordered everything where the location was and what time to be there. Hum do you think they were there on time? NOPE! An hour and a half late and he had the audacity to yell at my dad on the phone on my wedding day saying "It was our fault we didnt give him a time and a location". Who in their right mind wouldnt put a location and time of delivery on the slip?!??



Last situation. Three days after the wedding, he calls my dad screaming at him because there was a table cloth missing. THREE DAYS after the wedding, come on, if it was really missing you would have noticed right away! His employees that night counted every single thing that got loaded on to the truck and he calls my dad and charged his card without permission for a table cloth that supposedly went missing!



This Tony guy is nothing but a rude individual that calls his customers up screaming at them. Can anyone say ANGER MANAGEMENT! He shouldnt be running a company, let alone a company that supply's items for a wedding. DO NOT use this company if you want your wedding to start on time and spend the amount you were told in the first place. This place should be shut down! I would NOT recommend this party rental place to anyone! I have never seen a company where you cant get a hold of anyone and when they eventually do call back, you get a man on the other end screaming at you for disturbing him!



Take my advise and do not go here! M&M party rental is a little more expensive, but let me tell you, you will get better customer service and RESPECT from their employees! Tony willl give you a line of BS about M&M party rental just to make him look better. Trust me, it doesnt!

Rented chairs and tables for a Sunday party. Picked them up on Saturday, returned them Monday as I was supposed to. When I returned them I was just waved to the side of the building where they were taken out of my vehicle by warehouse workers. Asked the guy who seemed to be in charge if I should check in inside and was told I didn't need to and was good to go. 3 weeks later a $640.00 charge shows up on my bill and they claim I never returned them. Disputed the charge but, lost. Still trying to figure out if "Bob" honestly thought I didn't return them in which case his warehousemen are shady (most polite term I can think of) or if this is the way Bob turns over inventory. Either way, I do not recommend with every ounce of my being, too many honest party rental companies to need to come here.
