I called yesterday after cracking my windshield and needing replacement. I called 5 others, the cheapest estimate was $225 installed. When I called Liberty, the man who answered had a very gruff voice, with a strong accent. He did not sound friendly at all, and after his estimate of $135, with a $10 charge if I wanted them to come to me, I told them I'd think about it and hung up to check out their references.



Well, they had no references on any site on the internet that I could find. I thought, well, that's good, because most people only post to complain. I had been referred to them by a business across the street from them, who said they had referred several of their customers to them and they had never gotten back any complaints or negative comments.



So I called them and they came out within a half an hour. The work was done very cleanly, all the old debris from the broken windshield was taken away, and the job is very unnoticeable; you can't tell that the windshield I have is not from the factory.



They told me they could polish my headlamps and make them like new for $20, too; I'll be taking my car in to have that done.



Look, these guys are kind of mean looking, talk gruffly, and are not super duper friendly. But they do the job well, are honest, guarantee their work, and I am now a customer that will return if I need window work in the future.
