We used All about Septic to do a routine pump of our Septic. Woman I sat appointment up with was friendly and my husband said the guys that came out were super nice. Would use them again.

Called for a quote. Took a bit for them to get back to me but it was worth the wait. Their price was the best and the work was excellent. Would use them again and would recommend to a friend. In fact, a friend recommended to me!

Great dependable service. Prices are reasonable and they were very informative and were sure to clean up any mess.

Great customer service.... Good prices. I would recommend them.

I called for a price quote on a septic pumping. I was given a price. When the men got here to pump, I was told that the filter needs cleaning too - for an additional $175. This is a project that requires no more than a 3 feet dig and then they spray off the filter with a hose, replace the lid, and cover it up. Then, I was told that I would owe an additional $75 because my tank was bigger than they originally quoted. I felt very nickel and dimed. All of these extra cost should have been presented up front because obviously if you have a filter it needs to be cleaned at the same time. I feel very misled and like I was just told a 'good' price so they could make their money. A quoted $295 job turned out to be a $545 job. I talked with the owner who knocked off some of the price, but you shouldn't have to go to that extent in order to get honest work. I would certainly NOT use them again!
