This was done after the Commission became “cognizant of the need for a uniform ambulance service in the County of Logan” and was established in accordance with Chapter 7, Article15 of the West Virginia Code.In 2004, LEASA celebrated its 25th. Anniversary and reported 15,301 calls with an annual budget of $4,501,125.00.
