I have ordered flowers from them for quite a number of years. However, over the last couple of years, they have made numerous mistakes, i.e. wrong flowers, extremely late deliveries, and an unwillingness to correct the errors.This last time, I approached them, again, explained the error, to which they responded they would look into it. Upon researching my order, they discovered that they made an error, again. However, they dismissed me, refused to correct the error, and the management and staff were extremely rude, threatening, and most unprofessional. In addition, they asked me to take my long standing business elsewhere.Therefore, I am obliging.

Bad service, rude people and wrong flowers!

wow what a great arrangement. I called and ordered over the phone and I always find that a little scarry but when I arrived at my sisters house I could not have been more happy with the arrangment I recieved. It was so gorgious. Thanks!
