I have had acrylic nails for years. In fact, I am licensed to do nails. I have had a few people that I feel can do a great job on nails. Clean, Look good, have many color selections and updated new techniques. Every once in a while you have to find a technician for an emergency. I have came in twice to this salon and had Josi Smith Andersen put a full set on and even a fill once. Her work is amazing!!!! serious! and she is sweet positive (Josi doesn't talk about people) and she is gentle with your hands and nails! I believe I will be coming here much more and am willing to pay a little more money for the services from Josi Smith Anderson.

I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. My masseur was actually pretty good, dressed professionally and gave a satisfactory massage. My husband's masseuse was far less than satisfactory - basically the worst massage of my husband's life. The girl showed up in an Aggies game day T-shirt (in the off season), too tight dirty jeans and no personal grooming standards. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing and brought her week old diploma to prove it. Problem A) She used her ELBOWS to "dig out knots" in his back (actually just applying painful pressure points all over the place). Problem B) She apparently viewed the massage as a workout as she was sweating throughout the massage, forgot to wear deodorant and had damp clammy hands. Needless to say we will never return to Leilani for a massage but they get 2 stars instead of 0 because their hair services are good, they have a generally friendly staff and keep a clean environment. Long story short - Use for salon services, don't use for massage.

To start off with they gave me...

To start off with they gave me an eye infection with their lash extensions (my eyes were so swollen and red I could barely open them, tears were constantly streaming down my face and 2 of their stylists commented that I had puss coming out on my lash line) and had to have an emergency removal, which they charged me for as well. When I got there their receptionist, I believe her name was Jess, was beyond rude to me in front of the stylists and other clients.

When I called to talk to the owner, Peggy, about the behavior of the receptionist she was completely unapologetic about it and basically told me to get over it and that it was a misunderstanding. She never once uttered that she was sorry that I had such a bad experience or asked what she could do to correct the situation. I've never been treated so horrifically by a business before, especially by the owner of a business.

Completely avoid this salon, they have the absolute worst customer support I've ever had and I now wonder about how hygienic they are if I got that bad of an eye infection! The only reason I'm even giving them 1 star is because 0 is not an option.

I just visited this Salon for ...

I just visited this Salon for the first time today, I had seen a couple of girls with nails from here and they were pretty cute so i decided to try them out. I went in and the frst hing i had several girls meet me with a smile. and welcomed me , asked me if i wanted somthing to drink. I felt as though they were all there waiting for me.. hahah .. they were all so nice. the girl i was with was running a little behind but i dint mind the wait they had a cute little boutique and i shopped for a few before my appointment. The nail tech took me back to a cute seperate room and started my nails. she asked me alot of questions and strange enough seemed to care about my nails not just getting my nails on and getting me out the door. she took her time, made them look great and gave me advice on care. You can tell she loves what she does. she did fun nail art and put gel top coat and didnt even chargeme extra! i WILL DEFINITLY be returning. cant wait to get a pedicure in their cute room!
