You may wonder what makes Juniper Take Out & Restaurant so unique. We are in a class of our own. We are not a fast food restaurant, nor are we full service. We combine the best of both. We use only the best quality ingredients. We cut and grind our own meats. We use our own recipes for our rolls, cookies, brownies, cakes, house cheesecake, sauces, salads, gravies, potatoes, soups and more fried only in 100% canola oil. Our chicken is boiled (not deep-fat-cooked) then breaded, quick fried in canola oil to brown the breading and Topped with our signature house seasoning, DeVerle's All Purpose Seasoning. Your order will take longer than a fast food restaurant because we do not begin preparing your meal until you order it. But we think you will agree, that the wait is well worth the quality you receive. Good old fashioned home style cooking. You may wonder what makes Juniper Take Out & Restaurant so unique. This used to be one of my favo...

This used to be one of my favorite places..until recently we went there and got a family take out order to go home. When we got back home and bit into one of our favorite items (the juniper sticks) we were alarmed to see that the inside of the deep fried item was pink and bloody, talk about gross! We never minded paying extra for the good quality food, but we do mind paying that much money when the food is un-edible. We had to pay extra for sauce (which hey we don't mind) but you had better include the sauce when you charge us for it!! I haven't been back since. Also take a look at this website for the Health Department Reviews about this place. I wish they had the old quality of the food, because we as a family loved it. https://public.cdpehs.com/utenvpbl2/VW_EST_PUBLIC2/ShowViolationsTable.aspx?INSPECTION=173703

Great food

I have to say I absolutely LOVE this place! The food is amazing, the only thing that sucks is that the prices increased when they remodeled so we can't go there nearly as much as we used to!

Wonderful Homemade Food

We recently did a catered event and used Juniper Take Out for the food. It was wonderful, tasted homemade and was very reasonably priced. Their dining area in the restaurant is very nice as well.

Juniper Take Out

What a menu what a diner. Love all of your sandwiches and menu items, including your desserts. Even though you are very busy I feel that the wait is reasonable and the food is not overpriced. I can't believe the size of the meals or the sandwiches. Stop by, just for a fun fancy dessert to take home, at night, too. Maybe a little more help to clean up the tables t and the drink area would be nice.
