Terrible customer service. They came to fix my roof. A few months later, it was leaking in the same spot. They were too busy and didn't even take down my information, saying "Call back next week." We were out of town the next 2 weeks. So I tried again the next month, same result. and they truly were busy, but I was willing to wait for them to come and fix the job they had started. I finally got someone to take my information and got an appointment for them to come back. They didn't show; they didn't call either.
I called back a week later, they are not going to work with me. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Homer Roofing came early in the morning about 7:45 a.m., got right to work, and were finished tearing off the old shingles, putting on the new shingles, installing the turtle vents, and doing all the cleanup by 6:15 p.m. Several of our neighbors commented to us that they were surprised by how quickly the job was completed. Excellent roofers. We would recommend them to anyone. With this nice December weather, they might even still be doing roofs before Christmas, if you want to call them.

I called homer roofing in need of a roof asap. As mine was leaking they made a appointment to come give me a quote in 2 days and then after that they could come install in oct. Well they never showed called again made another apt. No show again when I called the 3rd time I was told they cant help me they have felled all there openings that they could do it next year. Now im scrambling to find some one to come out before winter months are here to fix my roof. Homer roofing put me out 3 weeks to turn me away very unreliable would not recommend waisting your time with them

Very professional. All of the work from the tear off, repairs, new shingles and clean up was done quickly and with great skill. The workers were all concerned with the quality of their work and were pleasant to have around. From start to finish the new roof took only 3 days. We would recommend Homer Roofing to anyone in need of quality work.

Terrible customer service. They came and fixed my roof, but a few months later when it was still leaking, they were too busy to even write down my information, saying call back next week. I tried contacting them for months and got nowhere. I finally asked for a refund and finally they were going to come check out the roof again. It was no surprise when they never showed to the appointment and didn't even call. I contacted them a week later, and the guy just blew me off and won't work with me. Will never do business with them again and would recommend them to no one.
