I have been using the services of Gary Ricks for a number of years. Truly I am impressed with the speed at which they are able to schedule any services that I need.
Shawn, is the technician that I usely have come tuneup our heating system and cooling system.
He is on time every time, or I receive a call advising me when he will arrive. This means no waiting and wondering what is going on, and when will he arrive. Shawn has always arrived in professional dress. He very knowledgeable, with rapid diagnosis and service.
Shawn has never left a dirty, dusty, mess where he has been working. My wife and I really appreciate that he always leaves the heating system area and cooling system area, as clean as when he arrived.
I would absolutely recommend GARY RICKS SERVICES to anyone who needs heating, or cooling system, repair, replacement, or yearly maintenance.

Our furnace went out right before a snowstorm and Gary Ricks had it fixed in no time. He is truly talented in what he does and so incredibly knowledgeable. He was prompt and professional. We couldn't be more happy with his service and timely manner. Thank you for making our home warm again.

When we needed help Gary was there. It is freezing cold outside, but thanks to Gary our home is warm. Last night our furnace stopped working. I called Gary. He made it to our home as fast as possible and fixed our heater. He made sure that every thing was working properly before he left. He is friendly and he really cares.

He did a great job fixing our swamp cooler. Went up and over what I expected. Great guy to work with

He iis a perfectionist and exhibits integrity, great problem solving skills, has training and a broad knowledge with depth in home repairs, renovations, remodeling, etc.Gary always walks through my 'task list' with me and often during the review, his comments or suggestions are practical, sincere and always to my benefit.
