They solved our clogged drain problem in a timely manner and was pleasant. The price was less than other services I called. If we need plumbing service in the future we will call Bridge Plumbing for sure..

Great company I would recommend them to a friend. I called be fore the opened and they were quick to call me back. He gave me an estimeted time and was on time. They were quick and friendly, as well a repectful of my kids and home.

Scott, the owner, responded promptly to a message I left re: a trenchless pipe repair. He did the camera snake, found additional damage not found previously on a scope when the drain was cleared of roots. Scott estimated the repair, came at the exact time and date scheduled, and was professional, efficient, and patient. Final cost was as Scott estimated. Explained and answered all my questions. Provided me the digital files of the before and after. Cleaned up after the repair, and was conscientious about laying down carpet protectors. I'm extremely pleased and will used Scott/Bridge Plumbing again. Scott also honestly says the type of work he can and can't do and provides references to other professionals. I used Bridge many years ago when his father first established the business in Cache Valley. His father was excellent, as well.

I had a broken water line at my rental property in the middle of the night. Not being able to get away from work the next day to fix it myself, I called Scott first thing the next morning. He found the problem and got it fixed. I'm happy, My renters happy, Everyone's happy.

We had a toilet installed by these guys, friendly enough when in my home however it was after the toilet was installed that he mentioned it was "a little taller than my other one" Busy with my new baby I didn't think much of it- my other toilet was quite old and I assumed just the tank was a bit taller making it so my shelf wouldn't quite fit anymore. It was after he left I realized he replaced my standard size toilet with a chair height elongated bowl toilet. Also the toilet was so squished up to the wall that the lid to the tank has to be shoved down on right and when you sit you can tell it's too close. Obviously the wrong rough in size for the spot. I called and talked to the guy who installed it and he acted as if he would come switch it out for me- but now feeling like I can't trust this guy anymore I wanted to know what toilet (make, model) he'd switch it for. We even wanted to know what model # he did install since it was the wrong rough in- we didn't want that to happen again. He said he'd get back to me with that information. Never did. Since then I've left a couple of messages.. No response. Would not recommend.

Bridge Plumbing is the best so don't waste time with the rest. I called Scott last June on a Saturday night because a pipe in the basement had broken and water was spilling down the wall and soaking up the carpet. He was there within 30 minutes, had it fixed in a flash and he also fixed a leak in a pipe under the kitchen sink a few days later. I don't know how he did it, but I had very hot water for the first time in 20 years. I had been boiling it on the stove, believe it or not because I figured that was just the way my pipes were. He just seems to know things the others don't. He is reasonably priced and very pleasant. I don't think the fast, efficient, excellent quality service can be beat.

Have been having problems for awhile called bridge they listen to my concerns and was confident that they could fix my issue. Took them a hour and my plumbing is working wondefully. Love bein able to do wash and not have it come up in the tub. Thank you guys so much.
