The front desk staff is kind and helpful, the veterinarians are dedicated to the best possible outcome, and they are straight forward about everything.

Would not recommend this vet. My boyfriend took his dog here two times in one week, the second time his dog passed away within 3 hours of being back from the vet. They had blood work and x-rays done, then after being told his dog was just was dehydrated, he died. After going back and asking for more information about why he could have died, the veterinarians brushed it off and said they must have missed something. The very least they could have done for my boyfriend was give him a refund for the more than $600 spent just for his dog being misdiagnosed.

I came in for some minor stitches on my puppy. The entire staff was great to work with, they finished the whole process in only a couple of hours and had me on my way before end of day. Communication was excellent and the prices for the services I received seemed competitive.

I had the same experience Brianna had with Dr. Tania Stuart. When I got my dog stable I asked for her file so I could move her to a different Vet and Dr. Stewart had written a comment in the file "Owner can not afford treatment". Same as Brianna the treatment they recommended was over $1,000 blood transfusion that had a very low success rate. They were not willing to treat her otherwise and Dr. Stewart said "She'll be dead in a day or two anyway you might as well put her down" She ACTUALLY SAID THAT! I took her to Cache Meadow where they treated her and instead of having $100 blood tests they were only $36 and with months of close monitoring, and the Right meds, she finally recovered, she is 16 now.
