Best service and knowledgeable. The last review on here a few years ago must have been a fluke I've been with this agent over 20 years and I can't imagine that ever happening. We feel like we are family and they take care of us!

Worst customer service ever. Last October I called to have a vehicle removed from my auto insurance. It wasn’t done and I didn’t notice until August of this year when I called to have a vehicle added. I never received a refund for the 11 months I paid for a vehicle I didn’t even own. When I called to try to get a refund the guy was completely unapologetic and even snapped at me because I’m upset about the lack of oversight that has cost me several hundred dollars. Now, I have to jump through a bunch of hoops including filing a freedom of information act to try to get the records from the Department of Motor Vehicles that prove that the vehicle was titled in another person’s name in October of 2013. I am a single mother of three, full time college student and work almost full time. I don’t have the time for this crap. After 8 years as a loyal customer, thanks Jane Larsen Allstate.
