I love this place!! The prices ore fair and the owner always has helped me with many of my questions!!

This is a great place to purchase a loving hand raised bird. I purchased one this year and found that the family that runs the store was extremely helpful in every aspect of my purchase, the care and the work I need to raise my Cockatoo. If anyone ever has any question all they need to do is ask. Yes, this shop can be very busy at times but that is because they are the best at what they do.

We visited this store on July 18, 2009 and upon entering the store there was an overwhelming smell of dirty bird cages. When we visited the open glass bird displays we found water that appeared to not have been changed in quite some time. All the bird cages held seed and pellets without any sign of fresh vegetables or fruits ever have been feed to the parrots. Maybe it was my imagination, but the birds seemed lifeless and unhappy. No Purell anywhere to disinfect your hands even if you could get any of the birds to be social which was very difficult. The birds in this shop seem ignored and in desperate need of attention. The shop appears to need more employees to care for the birds properly. I left the store feeling sad for the birds and hopeful that the owners will become more responsible and hire more help, if they cannot or will not, keep the shop as clean as they should.
