completely unprofessional - do not use. i dropped my snow blower off 3 days before a blizzard. the owner said that he'd try to get to it, but he left it untouched and on display along the street curb. i returned on the eve of the blizzard to find it (again) on the curb. i politely explained that I understood that he was too busy to effectuate the repair and congratulated him on having "too much business" but then i told him that i would take the blower home because i was able to get it serviced elsewhere. the owner and his wife threw a childish temper tantrum and yelled at me because i was "depriving them" of an opportunity to make money. rather than behaving appropriately and wishing their customer well (particularly in light of the imminent blizzard), they carried on like children. they hadn't even touched my machine. i recommend you avoid this business and try Big Valley (Glen Cove Road) instead.
