The wait is awful i had apt for 2 and waited for 20mins & a girl got there 15mins after me and got right in because she knew the girl behind the counter. She was on the same level 2 as I was but got to go ahead of me. WHAT KIND of CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!! Will not be going back!

The beds for two levels cost more than a place that is well known like palm beach I checked there rates out and for 3 levels there it's 59.99 and you only get 2 levels at sunkiss. Not only that the first day I went the girl put me in a level 1 when I paid for level 2 and the wait times are ridiculous also they will put the ppl they know and like ahead of you I sat there for 20 mins or more one day and a lady came in and waited maybe 5 mins for same level bed as me and she knows the owner Michelle and they let her go before me which I think is wrong in a customer service business! This place is awful and I will take it as a loss I'm going back to Palm Beach may have to drive a little further but wait time is less, right beds, and no favorites.
