Tey do not even deserve a 1 star....what a bunch of rude losers...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The "manager" the bald large gentleman is probably the rudest individual I have ever met. Along with his extra large wife. I called to get some information and was repeatedly put on hold... No one could answer a question directly without being rude. I went to pay on my item and was confronted and yelled at but both large species. Made my payment and was then told to come back in and get my money because he didn't want to accept it. I walked back in the store and heard the manager making racial comments again black people and he then proceeded to tell me that I was not welcome in his store because I called him out on his rudeness. He then threatened me that I had 24 hours to pick up my things or I would be triple charged by the day. My boyfriend went back into the store and retrieved my things. I would not recommend this place to a homeless man on the street or my dog! This review will go on Facebook and every other social media site available. I don't know how someone so rude and racially motivated can be in business. Hopefully he will not be in business much longer!

STAY AWAY FROM FAT DUDE THAT SAYS HE IS THE OWNER.., HE IS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT. I HAVE FOUND A MUCH BETTER PAWN SHOP AROUND THE CORNER, THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS THERE AND THEY LOAN HIGHER ON YOUR ITEMS.

Please, do not waste your time or money at this so called business. The short, fat, rude manager is not cut out to deal with the public. After doing several pawns with them, I was treated badly. Told on the phone to come on down on Friday to borrow money, got there and he didn't want to loan me $125 on a $550 item. Told me bring something else back. I go back on Saturday and they are closed. Call Monday and they are open. Drive 18 miles and they tell me that they are JUST buying/loaning on gold. I hope everyone that reads this review does not walk through their doors. If people would quit letting them con them out of their stuff, they would have to close the doors for good.

This place has very rude employees. They are severely over priced and cheap at the same time. I would not call all of their items junk, but basically my husband went and purchased a CHAINSAW there yesterday! He crunk it up and it ran it for about 10 seconds. He paid way to much for it in the first place, but that is beside the point. He got home and went to cut a piece of wood to test it out and not even 20 seconds of running it, we heard a loud bang and that was that. The chainsaw was shot. I called their office in Locust Grove about 5 til 6 the same day he bought it and they were closed. I told my husband to take it back up there first thing in the morning, which he did! The fat guy in there was very rude, hostile, and unprofessional. He would not take the chainsaw back or much less try to see what was wrong with it. He claimed there was no one over his head, we know him and contacted him while he was in the store, they guy at that point got very hostile, told him to leave right now, etc.



I am sharing our experience so that no one else gets taken like we did. I feel like we honestly got robbed. I understand that most of the time things are bought "as is" in pawn shops, but come on now, I would expect the things this expensive to at least work!



I would drive the extra few miles to any pawn shop besides this one! I hope you listen to this before it happens to you!!!

I would not even rate them one star! But I have to rate 1 star for this rating to post!

The people who work their are very rude. one time i went in to buy a movie. I found a movie i wanted. it was 2 bucks not a bad price but when I went to the counter the two guys there just looked at me so I said I want to buy this movie. They just looked at me and continued there conversation so i said its 2 dollars right. one guy said yea so i got out the money and they just sat there after about minute they finally took the money. I have had another bad experience with them when i tried to sell a few video games to them i had 3 original xbox games 1 ps2 and 1 ps3 game. the guy told me they only take 360 and ps3 games. that would be fine except that they have original xbox games and ps2 games. they even have games older then that so why was it such a problem. then the guy said he isnt gonna buy just one game so i said ok then he continued to say dont ever bring that game (refering to the ps3 game) back in here again i dont want to see it again. so i do not recommend going to this pawn shop unless you like people to be rude to you.
