I went two weeks ago and had my eyes examined. They said I would get a years worth of contacts in the mail. I received a call from them saying they had been sent there by mistake. She said she would reorder them and have them sent to my house and would be here by Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I still do not have them. It has been two weeks now. This is the first time they have dropped the ball with me. I will still go to them. Everybody has stuff go wrong sometimes 😀

I brought my disabled children here for an exam and glasses. After the exam we ordered glasses and the associate said it would take about 4 weeks for them to come in. 4 weeks later I went to check the status and they said it would be 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks later I called back and they said 6-8 weeks and the story continues. At 9 weeks I went back in there and they said they still were not there and didn't seem to be concerned about my kids vision. At that point I said I needed a copy of the perscription to find a place that can deliver. Today I called back to check status almost 4 months later and the not so nice lady on the phone said "well we cancelled your order because you didn't seem satisfied with our service". They gave us no notice and we did not give permission for this to happen.

First of all they will NOT return phone calls instead they wait for me to give a review and only respond to the negative review. They are rude and lie! Read all of the reviews under there web site almost all of us have the same review. The front desk argued with me when I said I wanted my prescription and was up front about ordering elsewhere. The woman wore my husband Cain and he went ahead and place the order. They are of course most expensive n the office. Would not give me the full prescription for my glasses, I called and left a message asking for it.... NO phone call I had to drive to the office and ask for it even then I was told " we don't normally give out that information because we don't want to be responsible if you get the wrong glasses" I had to insist on getting it! This place does not care about the patients they just want as much of your money as they can get! My guess is the doctor forces the staff to sell.. sell..sell. You have been warned. This place is a joke!!! They don't care bout customer service otherwise someone would have returned my call. I will be reporting them with the medical board.

I had an appointment there yesterday as new patient & was very surprised. Every one was kind & the Doctor was so sweet & professional. They all made me feel welcome & took care of me. I'll definitely go back.
