TERRIBLE care. Signed in with my 2 year old with her sitting around with a hole on her lip... still hadn't been seen after sitting and waiting for 3 hours. Every other time I have been here there has been a terrible wait time and the doctor is no good.

The Doctors are very rude. I had each dr as a child and they were never as unprofessional as they are now. Rolling eyes, accusatory remarks as if you are trying to bother them unnecessarily, and minimal attention span. It's as if they watched too much 'House' and think it's cool to be rude to people. The wait is very long! You can end up waiting an hour or more and yes they will begin to turn people away in the last hour before they are supposed to close. Just go to the ER because even if you wait as long or longer there, you will still get better care at the ER!

When I went to the express care the receptionist was very rude. She seemed to be bothered that I was there. I then met with the dr who asked me why I was bouncing around urgent cares at 830 at night. Obviously I couldn't get into my regular dr at 830 at night and I had a bad rash that I wanted checked out. I am a teacher and wanted to make sure it was not contagious. He looked at me for two seconds. Told me it was 'some type' of allergic reaction to something and that he didn't know what from of how to treat it. He said instead of bouncing around express cares at 830 at night I should see my primary dr. While in the office another patient tried to enter the building and the dr yelled that he was going to lock the doors. He didn't want to see any more patients. It was not even 9 o'clock which is the time stated that they close. In the end he sent over a random prescription to a pharmacy for me and told me to consider seeing my primary care dr. I left with no diagnosis and some random prescription he had prescribed me. In all he saw me for five minutes. Overall I would never go back. The staff is rude is the dr is rude and he doesn't care for his patients let alone even work the hours they are said to be open. I have gone to immediate care before in Amherst and williamsville and would HIGHLY recommend them over this place. I would go to the hospital before going to this place again. Waste of my time and money.

Terrible, awful, uncaring service. I called them on the phone on a Saturday at 5:20pm, to ask them 1 - if they were still open (yes until 6), 2- if they would be able to do anything about the minor injury I had with my foot. The lady who answered was very rude. In the middle of me telling her about my foot injury, she was speaking over me with attitude, "Stop..stop..Can you hold on a second?!" I had just explained the entire thing to her & she said, "Let me have you speak with the nurse." She transfers me, I start telling the other lady the problem and I get disconnected. So I decide to just get in my car and drive over there because I would just be wasting time to call them back. I get there 20 minutes before they closed and they REFUSED to see me b/c they were "closing up". The lady who spoke to me 1st on the phone said, "anyway there isn't anything we can do for you." So why didn't you just tell me that on the phone? "B/c I'm not supposed to." Well you JUST did soooo, excuses? awful

I would call first to see how long of a wait, but sometimes they can't even tell you. I waited for an hour and a half and never was seen and walked out. Their wait time can be really ridiculous!

Fast service as I was the only one there. Small place, not much equipment there. They must close at 9:00 pm because the girl was in a huge rush to get out of there. I had to get crutches and she gave me a one minute instruction on how to use them. Then I was rushed out the door at 9. Right after that her and the rest of the people left . We were just getting into our car and they were all leaving. This place is only good for non-emergencies. I had a $50.00 co-pay versus $20.00 co-pay at my doctors office who was on vacation.
